CryptoNext Security offers Internship opportunities with its research and development team to people that are passionate about technology and eager to learn and contribute.
As part of its work, the CryptoNext Security R&D team welcomes end-of-study trainees from Masters 2 courses specialising in cryptography or from engineering schools.
Through an operational mission, with objectives in terms of results for the company, these internships naturally aim to enable the interns to strengthen their skills and experience on the subjects of cryptography and in particular post-quantum cryptography, which represent strategic security challenges for the future.
CryptoNext Security is a growing start-up. The aim of these internships is also for the trainee and the company to get to know each other with a view to long-term employment beyond the internship period.
The internship subjects are varied and defined beforehand between the intern and the company. These subjects address CryptoNext Security's R&D challenges, in particular :
- Efficient and secure implementation of post-quantum algorithms in hardware environments (ARM, Cortex M4 or various OS).
- Work on side channel attacks.
- Integration of post-quantum cryptography into communication protocols (TLS, IPSEC, X3DH, etc.) in pure post-quantum or hybrid post-quantum crypto-agile mode.
- Integration of the CryptoNext post-quantum cryptography library into higher-level tools (business applications, VPN, HSM, etc.).
- Interoperability, integration of new RFCs or draft RFCs
The computer languages used by CryptoNext Security: C, JAVA, RUST, MAGMA, etc.
Internship topics may cover the fundamentals of cryptographic algorithms or the integration of it into existing protocols or IT tools. In addition to the theoretical dimension of cryptography, an interest in fundamentals of computer programming are required.
Our R&D team is organised in such a way as to provide trainees with the best possible support. CryptoNext Security is a leading start-up in its field, and is growing fast with high development targets.
