The Application Engineer belongs to the Professional Services team (in course of construction) and his/her scope encompass:

• Project management for pilot projects and/or deployment of the products/software,
• Solution delivery: deployment, tests, and if required, customization or specific integrations with the customer’s IT information system.

• Pre-sale support.

Application engineer will report to the Professional Service Director and will closely work in sync with CryptoNext’s CTO/R&D team on one side and CRO/Sales & Marketing team on the other side to ensure effective and timely customer PS specifications, delivery, invoicing and payment.

Application engineer will also provide timely qualified customer feedback to the various CryptoNext stakeholders for continuous improvement.

CryptoNext Security is a young, fast-growing startup; the profiles recruited are "doers" and proactive people to structure and adapt their mission.

- Project management:

o Pilot the implementation projects.
o Assumes leadership both towards customers, project partners and internal teams.
o Control the quality of deliverables.
o Contribute to build and maintain CryptoNext’s tools, process, documentation, best practices to optimize internal resources usage as well as to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth administration and timely payment.

- Solution delivery:

o Follow the whole process of implementation, set up and test of the solution (internal test and/or customer’s environment).
o If necessary, customization of the solution, development of specific scripts, integration with the customer's existing IT solutions.
o Support the customer during the project.

- Pre-sales support:

o Assist sales for the design, presentation and negotiation of PS proposals and SOW agreements.
o Validate specifications & resources commitments with R&D Team when required.
o Provides customer feedbacks to Sales on potential additional/extension projects.
o Provides customer feedbacks to Management/Marketing on potential New Features Requests.

Application engineer will establish strong personal and trusted relationships with customers for long-term development.
