Directly reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, in support of the company's sales strategy, you are responsible for designing and deploying Cryptonext's marketing and communication policy.
Your responsibilities can be divided in 4 big areas:
· Visibility, communication
o Developing various communication channels, managing social media, media planning, website communication
o Engaging the public by organizing events and participating in trade shows, conferences, etc.
· Implementing a lead generation strategy
o Ensuring required materials being available such as prospecting database, telemarketing scripts and follow-up documentation or follow-up tracking/efficiency analysis
o Proposing other activities as webinars, newsletters, emailings, …
· Channel & Products Marketing support
o Collaborating with the product management team to gather product insights, provide market feedback and data, align product marketing messages with their strategy and content.
o Being responsible for designing and constantly optimizing competitive value-added partnership programs for sales (OEMs, value-added resellers, distributors) and co-selling (consultants, alliances)
o Market research on products and competition, assistance with Cryptonext's pricing positioning, contribution to identifying new business opportunities.
· Sales Tools and Marketing Infrastructure
o Working closely with sales teams to support global and local sales objectives (sectorial marketing)
o Building and managing corporate marketing/sales infrastructure & tools including new generation website, CRM/database, brochures & datasheets, video tutorials.
You are fluent in French and English. Additional language skills such as German, Spanish, Italian, etc., are a plus.
Expertise in cyber security, computing and/or application IT/OT infrastructure B2B markets is a must. Ideally in IT cryptography based Applications, Infrastructure & HW/SW Systems Security Markets (HSM, VPN, PKI, Signature, Messaging, Custom Apps, Networking/Coud security,…) and/or Embedded/IoT cybersecurity markets.
You are used to team-working in general and discuss business as well as technical aspects from an inbound (to/with products) or outbound (to/with sales) perspectives.
Beyond that, your potential and personality will make the difference: innovative, technology enthusiast, agile, excellent communicator, tenacious, analytical mindset, team player, competitor, results oriented, you are a doer.
With a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering Computer Science or equivalent), you have at least 10 years of experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, or Communications Director in the IT applications and/or cybersecurity industry (software/hardware vendors).
More importantly, you have a product-focused culture.
